We want to hear about any issues or bugs you stumble across within Outlign (though we hope they're rare). Please submit your bug using the 'Ask for Help' tab of our HelpDesk. We'll need the following details to process your issue: 

  • Name 
  • Subject
  • Email address
  • Description of problem 
  • Screenshot or video to support your issue 
  • Confirmation of your browser or device
