How do I know what phase or step we're up to?

The current phase will be highlighted in white. 

Past, completed phases are also white but with a green completed tag.

Future phases are grey. 

You'll also have an indication of how close a phase is to completion via the progress bar on the active phase card. 

Any task with the 'eye strikeout' indicates that the task is not published. The client will be able to see the task title but not the content inside the task.

You can expand or contract any phase by clicking the arrow down or arrow up button

Phases can easily be moved simply by hovering the phase and pressing holding the grid of dots on the left-hand side of the phase bar ;
