Outlign now supports embeds for Figma, Dropbox, Google Drive, Calendly and more. Instead of pasting long messy URLs, Smart Link Embeds let you preview designs, files, documents, boards and booking widgets without leaving Outlign, keeping everything tidy and easy for clients to follow.
What You Can Embed
Services with Full Previews
Outlign will automatically generate an inline preview for:
Figma — design files, prototypes and slides
Dropbox files
Google Drive files such as PDFs and videos
Whimsical boards
Services with Attachment-Style Cards
These services don’t offer previews, but Outlign will still pull in the correct name and show a clean attachment card:

Calendar Booking Embeds
You can also embed links from:

You can choose between:
A full embedded booking widget
A minimal “Book Now” button that opens the booking interface in a modal

Choose whether to paste as a Preview, Attachment, or URL
Outlign will detect the type of embed automatically.
